1. Fill in the online registration form: Online Application
2. Submit electronic copies of the following admission credentials to college@gcc.edu.ph.
• Use subject: Credentials (insert your Last Name, First Name)
• Academic Credentials:
• Report Card (Form 138) for Grade 12 graduates OR
• Certified True Copy of Records for College Transferees
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• P.S.A. copy of Certificate of Live Birth
• 2 x 2 recent ID picture with white background
3. Allow for two to five days to receive confirmation email.
